Downtown Axis Road to Have 40% Fewer Billboards

Guangzhou government will reduce billboards by 40% along Zhongshan Lus, an axis road in the city center, according to Guangzhou Daily.
Zhongshan Lus is among the first roads for outdoor billboards reorganization.
Nine categories of billboards will be destructed, including those:
On rooftop and façade of residential buildings;
On office towers;
On buildings in parks and schools;
And within protected historical construction areas.
