When you arrive at the airport, please do not feel too exited and remember act slowly when carrying baggage. You should adjust your breath and do not speak loudly.
On your first day in Lhasa, remember to have something easy to digest so that your blood is not mostly centralized by your stomach and cannot offer enough blood for your brain.
Remember to drink a lot because of the dryness. You can drink the local famous beverage.
During the later tour, the breakfast and lunch must be toothsome and enough. Do not eat too much when having supper.
Do not have bath during the first three days so that you can save your energy and avoid catching cold.
The physical requirement: The quests who are hypertensive and have heart trouble had better not go to Tibet. We suggest that the guests enquire doctors before traveling. Remember rest well before departing.
The altitude of Tibet is quite high and the oxygen rate is thin there. Most guests have physical reaction, such as breathing hard, swirling, vomiting, nosebleed etc. The physical reaction is quite normal for human being in order to adapting the environment. Please take it easy. and to have more water and fruit before visiting.
